About this website
This website is operated by THE NAMASTABLE L.L.C., doing business as The Namastable, a pasture boarding business in Ashland City, Tennessee. These terms concern use of this website and its inquiry process. They do not replace a signed boarding agreement.
Inquiries, admission, and availability
Submitting an inquiry, receiving a reply, joining a waitlist, or taking a tour does not reserve a space or guarantee admission, services, or an arrival date. Admission depends on personal review, compatibility, health requirements, availability, and a signed boarding agreement. A boarding arrangement is confirmed directly with The Namastable, subject to the agreement and required payments.
Please provide accurate information about yourself and your horse. A preferred move-in date is a request, not a confirmed arrival date.
Services, prices, and payment
Published prices describe the services identified on the website. Optional services are charged separately from base board unless expressly included. Confirm availability and any horse-specific arrangements with us before making plans or payments.
The signed boarding agreement and any agreed written amendments govern boarding services, payment obligations, deposits, notices, and termination. Invoices reflect those agreed arrangements. A website update does not, by itself, change an existing signed agreement. This website does not provide payment checkout.
Private visits and farm access
Tours are by invitation and appointment following inquiry review. Please do not arrive without prior arrangements. The farm address and access directions are shared privately with invited visitors. Boarder access and activities on the property are governed by the boarding agreement and applicable farm rules.
Website information and photographs
We aim to keep website information accurate and current. Please contact us if something appears incorrect or if you need clarification about a service or amenity. Farm photographs show the property and its residents; conditions and appearance vary with the seasons and ongoing farm work.
Website content is general information about our business, not individualized veterinary, medical, or riding instruction. Consult the appropriate qualified professional about your horse’s needs.
Appropriate website use
Do not use this website to submit fraudulent or unlawful material, send spam, impersonate another person, interfere with website operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.
External links
Links to other organizations are provided for your convenience. Those organizations control their own websites, program requirements, services, and privacy practices. Review their current information directly. A link does not mean The Namastable administers or guarantees a third party’s program.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle website and boarding inquiry information. Please do not submit payment details or sensitive personal records through the inquiry form.
Updates and contact
We may update these website terms as the website or inquiry process changes. The revised wording and date will appear on this page. Changes do not override an existing boarding agreement or rights provided by applicable law.
