This notice describes the website and boarding inquiry practices of THE NAMASTABLE L.L.C. in Ashland City, Tennessee.
Information you share
When you email us or submit a boarding inquiry, we receive the information you provide. Our form asks for your name, email address, phone number, number of horses, and basic details about your horse, including its name, age, sex, breed, temperament, pasture experience, current boarding arrangement, and care needs. You may also provide a preferred move-in date and additional notes.
The initial inquiry does not request payment information, veterinary records, insurance documents, or Tennessee Equine Hospital’s Promise Program enrollment paperwork. Please do not include sensitive personal records or financial details in the form. Any documents needed for admission are requested separately.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information to assess boarding suitability, respond to your questions, discuss availability, arrange conversations or private tours, and coordinate the next steps. If you join our waitlist, we use your contact information to communicate about potential openings. We do not add inquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list.
Your consent to be contacted concerns your boarding inquiry. An inquiry does not reserve or guarantee a boarding space.
Who handles inquiries
Holly is the only person who manages The Namastable business inbox and reviews boarding inquiries. When online sending is enabled, the form sends your details to our business inbox. If sending is unavailable, the form provides our email address so you can contact us directly.
Website and email service providers
Our website is hosted on Vercel. When enabled, online inquiries are delivered through Resend to our Microsoft Exchange Online mailbox. These providers process information to host the website, deliver email, and operate their services.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the enabled inquiry form from automated abuse. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request information, and security signals. Their own privacy notices describe their processing practices.
The inquiry form does not create a separate application database, and form contents are not intentionally written to application logs.
Cookies and tracking
We have not added advertising trackers, marketing analytics, or embedded social media feeds to the website. Hosting and security services may use technical storage or similar technologies where needed to operate and protect the site.
How long we keep information
Our policy is to delete inactive boarding inquiries from our business inbox 12 months after the last contact. This does not apply while an applicant remains on our active waitlist or where information is needed for an ongoing boarding relationship, a dispute, or a legal recordkeeping requirement.
Service-provider logs, backups, and deleted-item recovery systems may have their own retention periods. Deleting an inquiry from our inbox does not necessarily remove every provider-held copy immediately.
Security
We use access restrictions and the security features of our website and email providers to help protect inquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your questions and requests
Email info@thenamastable.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, withdraw your consent to further inquiry contact, or leave the waitlist. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for boarding administration, disputes, or legal requirements.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our practices change. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date.
